Nature's Bounty Evening Primrose Oil 1000 mg Tablet, 60 Softgels

My previous brand of primrose oil was from ioth. Used it for a long while and started seeing results slow. But, when I shifted to this brand on a hunch,my observation has been that the results are more pronounced and better.Have faced pcos issues for long with hair fall,weight gain ,cramps during menstruation etc. Within a month of starting to use this brand,have seen a noticable change in all issues.Do not know if this is the reason or my resuming consumption of CLA capsules which I restarted after a break as per my dietitian advice. But, nonetheless happy with the results.Update: Have continued this product and as of August have lost weight up to 8 kgs with no specific exercise and only diet restrictions. This has increased my confidence in this product. Also trying a newer and stronger Now Super primrose. Will post reviews post 2 months use. If not satisfactory,shall shift back to Natures bounty again.

Capsule size is a little big, but not hard to swallow. I just bought it for general wellbeing, and honestly don't know if it's made any difference. But definitely no side effects.

Worth your money 💰 women concerned about dryness down their can definitely go for this but make sure u have better knowledge before you purchase this and also know when to consume if you are TTC👍🏻

I've read reviews that EPO is good for relieving inflammation related to Rosacea skin conditions.. So I've started the oil supplement and finished my first bottle... There is no drastic improvement, but still it seems to help in my condition whenever am on the pills so will definitely buy it again.. Anyone having problem as me try it. It's worth it.
