AIMS PowerLED Remote Panel

I needed a remote switch for my Aims inverter because I had to install it in an area in my RV that is not easily accessible. This switch did the job without paying crazy sums of money for the LCD version. It works. Just wish that it came in black to match other components on my wall of switches.

The wire is attached to the remote panel making you install from final location back to inverter. The running end back to inverter has the connector so you need to be very careful pulling the wire.

Wish it wasn't so expensive, but it's absolutely worth using in my camper. Aims 1500w inverter draws 1.6A when on, so having this saves power, and my back from crawling to the inverter.The wires are a little thin, and wish they were more secure in the back of the panel. Isn't a big deal, just mount and run the wire carefully. Easy to mount and setup.

I spent nearly 1500 bucks on their inverter had problems the entire time finally spent $250 to ship it to Vegas. They were trying try to point the finger at me from my first call, they got it there found a defective circuitboard and tried to tell me I got it wet. It was in a locked weatherproof box on an ambulance I did not get it wet. They wanted nearly $1000 to repair it with shipping back and I refused to pay it so now they are holding my inverter that I paid over $1500 for. They have not answered a single e-mail since I informed them I was not at fault. Thank goodness Inverters R Us they came through and tried to help me out they gave me some discounts on new equipment and you can believe it wasn’t Aims that I purchased. Chinese junk!

AIMS has 3 different outlets for their inverters, Network (8 wires), RJ11 (6 wires) and RJ9 (4 wires). if you don't know the manual won't tell you.

This item replaced the original Aims Control Switch in my Sprinter RV. Works as good or better than the original.Plus, only $29.

I bought this remote switch. Installed it and tried to turn on my inverter/charger/transfer switch and it fried it immediately. I only used my inverter a year and now I’m out a 1500$ inverter thanks to this 40$ switch ! I regret ever buying this.
