Belkin Pro Series USB-A to Micro USB-B Cable with Gold-Plated Contacts (Black, 6 Feet)

I ordered 3 of these cords four months ago and they are great.All of them work perfect and are exactly what I needed. I am the type of person that gets a new phone or device about every six months or so. Like most people, I have accumulated probably 15-20 of the 3' length cords that come with phones and other portable devices. 3' cords are a nightmare if you want to use your device while charging (unless you want to hoover over an electrical outlet the whole time.I am using one to connect into the back of my PC Tower. With the 6' of length I was able to route the cord neatly. On other hand, with the 3' cords, I always had to connect to the USB port on the front of my PC Tower. That looked horrible and was always in the way.My Wife and I use the other two cords to charge our devices next to our beds on our night stands. They are the perfect length and let us use/charge our devices while laying comfortably in bed.With the 3' cords, we could only charge our phones but not use them for lack of length.In end...Great price!Great Quality!Great Solution!

This cable is just as long as it was advertised to be, and the connectors at the ends match the description, and indeed the USB standard. The cable conducts electricity as well as can be expected, but does not increase the data transfer rate of USB 2.0 or reduce data transfer latency; these latter two are good things, as they would confuse the controller electronics.My plastic-eating cat did not find the scent of the plastic used in this cable particularly attractive, so he has not chewed through it.All in all, this cable is perfect.(Come on, Amazon.com, customer reviews of cables?)

Having read many of the reviews I was skeptical about the authenticity and quality of this cable but thought the price made it worth the try. Really glad I took the chance! I also had read that it would not function as a charging cable. The cable I received is clearly a Belkin. It has also functioned nicely to charge a mobile phone as well as my Mophie battery pack. Buy it with confidence.

Bought because of the Belkin name. The micro USB side is way looser than the cables I tossed. If not careful the cable will continue to come disconnected. Not the quality you would expect for the name. It woks but barely.

I have a few of these cords, I like the 6ft length and they are pretty sturdy, but the casing on the microUSB side is a bit large and doesn't fit one of our phones with the protective case on it. You can grind the plastice on the plug down in a few seconds to make it fit, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

These cables are utter rubbish. I bought a Belkin USBA-MicroB cable last year and it not only worked great, but it is very robust and continues to work great in spite of people in my office borrowing it constantly to use with their phones. These cables are not like that, these are crap. They are substantially flimsier and just don't work. At all.I bought 5 of these to spread around my office to hook people's HTC Droid INC phones to their computers. None of them work so I know it wasn't just one bad cable. They have been tried on about 15 different computers (4 different types) and 5 different phones, with each cable being tried with multiple phones and computers. MY belkin cable works fine in all of the above cases.All 5 of these cables fail to do the two things they need to: charge phone, transfer files.1. FAIL: Connect the phones to the computers in data mode, so photos can be transferred. The phones will connect, then disconnect, then connect, then disconnect, then connect etc forever and ever. Never do they actually get a good connection between the phone and computer.2. FAIL: Charge the phone from the computer. The phone will in fact rapidly discharge as it repeatedly tries to connect to the computer.Don't get these craptastic things. Even if they give them to you, there isn't enough copper in them to make it worth recycling.

I ordered three of these cables to use with my Samsung Focus S phone. They all work as intended (the phone charges and data is transferred) but overall I am not fully satisfied. Here are the problems:1) I ordered this product because of Belkin brandname. When the cables arrived I did not find any 'belkin' anywhere. Neither on the cables nor on packaging. They might be belkin but it was not clearly written.2) the wire used in the cable is not soft. It seems to be a bit rigid and heavy.3) There are some non-standard fetaures. For example, usually the USB symbol is on top of the connector so you can see the USB symbol as you insert the cable into the device. In this cable, it is at the bottom.4) The original Samsung cable that came with the phone appears to be sleeker than this. This works but it is an inferior product.I do not know if I will trust my $600 phone with this cable again.

I bought this to charge my cell phone from the USB port in my car. Works great, but slow, as all USB charges are prone to be.

Das Ladegerät kann bis zu 2,1A, also 2.100mA, pro USB-Port abgeben.Angeschlossen hatte ich ein Handy, das 1.000mA Ladestrom zieht.Von der Verarbeitung sind die schwarzen Belkin Kabel gut, dicke Kabel mit soliden Steckern.Leider war der Ladestrom mit dem Belkin-Kabel aber nur 560mA, d.h. es dauert sehr lange, bis das Handy aufgeladen ist.Ich habe danach an das gleiche Ladegerät zwei weiße Mapux  Micro USB Kabel MAPUX Ladekabel Datenkabel aus Solide Stecker (180cm) für Samsung, Huawei, LG, Sony, Motorola, HTC, Nokia, Google Nexus und andere Android Geräte(Weiß)  angeschlossen, da war der Ladestrom wesentlich höher, 960mA.Mit dem schwarzen Belkin-Kabel brauche ich also 70% mehr Zeit um das Handy zu laden als mit dem weißen Mapux-Kabel.Also habe ich die schwarzen Belkin-Kabel zurückgeschickt, und die weißen Mapux-Kabel behalten. después de haberlo utilizado por 6 meses y aunque sigue funcionando bien, la terminal ya se siente floja o suelta en mi teléfono. Repito, sigue funcionando pero ya no se siente tan solida como los primeros días. Están mucho mejor los que tiene la marca de Amazon Basics.

Very good USB charge cable for galaxy samsung S4

J'utilise ce câble depuis 2 mois pour charger mon smartphone, RAS. Il s'agit d'un câble 28AWG blindé d'environ 4mm de diamètre, assez souple. La connectique des 2 côtés a l'air solide, il n'y a pas de jeu, pas de faux contact pour l'instant (tant mieux car j'en ai acheté 2 d'un coup vu le prix). Avec un précédent câble de 10cm livré avec une batterie Sony, j'avais des soucis d'interférences pendant la charge (mon téléphone avait l'impression que j'apouyais partout sur l'écran, impossible d'utiliser mon téléphone pendant la charge), mais avec ce nouveau câble plus de problème quel que soit le chargeur utilisé (chargeur secteur, batterie portable). Je suis contente d'avoir payé 4-5€ pour ce câble plutôt que 1-2€ pour un câble pourri que j'aurais du racheter 3 fois.
