A good genuine product supplied next day as promised and undamaged. We bought it as a spare inorder to renew it on a monthly basis and gives us time to clean and dry the removed one.

Part I needed

This part went into the machine perfectly at the first attempt, but when I took it out to clean it several months later, the plastic around the bottom was bent out of shape and it was unable to go back inside the machine. It's flimsy, and bent easily. It looks as if the heat from the machine bent had mold the plastic into an uneven shape that means it cannot fit back inside the machine. It's still brand new and I felt I've wasted my money. It's not made well and therefore not worth the price. I now have to discard this new condenser and go back to using the old one temporarily until I can get something better. Avoid this one at all cost. It's too flimsy and incredibly expensive, it's not worth the cost. This flimsy spare part should be cheaper because it has only one use. Once you take it out of your machine to clean it the shape changes and it will no longer fit. Don't buy, avoid at all cost.

Got this as a back up for the family dryer. My sister has cats that sleep on her bed. The hair is everywhere so I clean this every time we use the dryer.
