I like it so much it is so helpfull for me

These have been very handy during the lockdown. The bands are on the stiffer side and provide higher resistance. More suited for exercises where you want to push beyond beginner or intermediate level.

I liked it's strength and durability. It's worth every paisa you spend on it as these are more strong than other cheaper ones available in the market and have standardised calibrations. Could feel the difference between these therabands and other brands available in the market.

This is like a mobile gym. I'm able to do all the exercises.

The band is very helpful for routine exercises

I bought this considering its high customer reviews but sad to say the durability if real low. The Silver and Black high intensity bands broke within a month inspite of using it together to avoid pressure on one particular band. Bad product........I think no band in the market can replace ur gym workouts as claimed.
