This is a brilliant product, simple & very effective. I had to install this flushing unit into my slimline toilet system & it was not a compatible fit at first sight. The grey tubular section of the new flushing mechanism was easy to remove from the lower potion of the fixing. I had to modify the base fixing section of the old flushing mechanism to accept the grey tubular section of the new flushing mechanism. The soft diaphragm was an exact match for the old base fixing section from the old flushing mechanism which resulted in successful solution to the previous damaged flushing mechanism. I am very satisfied with this simple & very well designed hands free flushing unit.

Unit fitted into a standard cistern with minimal effort. Works fine and exactly what the client required. Not sure how long the batteries will last.

Works well hands free.The batteries will need changing after several months. This can be a pain as the nails may have become rusty! A good trick for me was spraying a good dose of wd40 over the period of 3-4 days. The I was able to unscrew the box and change the batteries.

Fairly easy to fit if you are handy. I fitted two myself, the third after we moved was fitted by a plumber as he was installing a new toilet, he was impressed by it. Batteries last about six months with two of us in the house. As it’s no touch it’s very hygienic.

Great product had the other one five years but one of my grandkids on screwed it and it fell into water so got new one easy to assemble

Had this item for over 12 months. Easy to install and replace batteries.had to purchase again as the original got damaged in a refurb..Totally recommend
