Firm, not hard. Very supportive

This pillow does fit nicely in my desk chair and supports my back very well. My only complaint would be that it slips down a bit during the day and requires adjusting (which is just pulling it up).

I work from home and this pillow improves my not so comfortable chair, allowing me to spend 8 hours in it. Glad I purchased it.

Video showed a hard piece of wood on the back side of the memory foam for extra support, but when I received it there was just molded memory foam. I am hoping this will still work - if not I willbe returning

Well made, good support. Couldn't fix the problem like the neurosurgeon did.

I used this item on the middle of my back. It prevented all the pain I usually get in that area.

This item is NOT 14 x 13 x 5, it is actually 13 x 12 x 4 AND what is listed as a 5 inch depth is actually 4 at the sides, and 1 1/2 inches in the middle. The elastic band that is supposed to hold it in place is not adjustable, and does not fit over the back of my office chair.

great and snug support for my office chair. bought one for my husband who uses it in 'tv watching' chair, and he loves it.

The Lumbar Back Support Cushion arrived in a timely manner. Was the perfect replacement for the one I used to own. The price was very reasonable. I liked the color as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is very good both at home and at work in my office chair. Firm enough but still comfortable.

I have it strapped to my read-in-bed cushion thingy, and my back thanks me.

Don't buy this. Support/comfort level is terrible. Total waste of money.
