A genuine and useful productI researched many products like this one on Amazon before carefully choosing this one.Details about the product1. Grip is very good - both front and back side2. Design is right for better hold3. grip adjustment (for intensity) is adequate for one to select the right use4. Spring is decent quality5. Finishing is not that great. Actually that is the only problem with the product which doesn't affect its functioning in any way. But just that it doesn't look pretty.Check out details in the images. Recommended product.

First of all let me give a description since they have not!In the photo, the red knob is actually a screw that is used to adjust the position of the spring's base which in turn affects tension of the spring.The fact that one can do micro adjustments is the best feature of this device.When I started I couldnt even do one rep. With incremental adjustments now in two weeks I can do a proper 12 set with higher tensions.Absolutely worth than buying 5 or 6 costly "famous branded" handgrips of various tensions.And usually the palms pain badly if we try to use a higher tension than we can handle.There is absolutely no such problem with this handgrip.The build quality is pretty decent and the rubber is good for grip and goes easy on the skin.On the whole excellent product for forearms.

I received a damaged product. It had lots of cuts and scratches all over the product. Since it was an Amazon fulfilled delivery so I'm expecting an item which is cross checked by them. So they failed in doing their job.Now let's talk about the product.Price : I bought it for rs360 and mrp on the box is rs400( by the way its a Chinese company and its been imported in India by Soccer International Pvt Ltd). Interestingly Amazon quoted a different mrp on their application (i don't remember exactly) but it was around rs 490 since i bought it at 26% percent discount. Now while writing this review they have increased its mrp to rs 649 and selling it at rs496. Quite a jump in the price in 4 days.Quality : Its mediocre. Body is made of cheap plastic.Using experience : Surprisingly it is very good. That's why i gave it 4 star. In past i have used simple grip. Their price is around 60 rs from your local sports shop. In comparison to those its very good. First advantage is that we can adjust the difficulty level from 10kg to 40kg. When i set it for 25kg(approx) it gave me the feeling of my old grip. Then i set it for 40kg, i was happy because it was quite difficult to do that at that level.The more you increase the level the more width of the grip increases.Pros :1.Difficulty level adjustment (upto 40kg).Cons : There are many.1.Cheap material and build quality.2. Quite expensive in respect of quality of product.Conclusion : If you just want a simple grip then its not for you. Better buy a cheap one from local market or online.A person should buy this only if they are looking for a very hard grip.

The quality is superb. The knob for Weight adjustability works fine. The only issue is that it takes a lot of time to be delivered.Overall, it's worth the money

Cap came out.and resistance not that effective.they sent me defective product.

Plastic quality is average, the resistance is good .. which can be tighten or loosen through a knob provided.. but not sure if it really an exercise to finger i did many times with 30 kg resistance but did not felt any pain or effort .. any how better than the smiley balls

It's great.. just not as premium feel as expected but still does the job very well.. could have been cheaper
