Well purchased this product on sep 2016 till now no complaints using this mixer atleast 1-2 times a week and works flawlessly great quality and design looks and ofcourse powerfull i using since 4 years only i used reset button 6- 7 times bcz of continuous heavy usage between this 3 4 years very great product morphy is a good company go for it buy it.

Good buy for non frequent users
The product is value for money. Its compact and offers more than basics required.The only drawback is the quality of containers and their lids. The containers are thin, not sure if that is a good thing or not. The lids don’t seal well making them prone to fly open if not held on to tightly, when the mixer is on, happened to me twice.

Can't get better deal than this from a brand which is known for its quality. Quality of the product is on par if not better than Philips or Black and Decker. Highly recommended.Go for it.

Nice mixer but not for shakes.
The product is good and morphy richards is a known brand. So the build quality is good and working of mixer is good. Not good for shakes as mango/banana does not dissolve properly and leave lumps. This may be because the blades are bend upwards and not downwards. I saw in some mixers that two of the blades are upwards and two downwards so that fruit mix completely, but not in this mixer.

DO NOT BUY.Do not recommend to buy any of morphy Richards product.First the brand :1. They don't have part. jar caps are very loose, and on several complaints they provide me the used caps of bajaj mixi.2. they don't have service centers. Bajaj service centers world's for them, and they easily removed their liabilities by saying "we are from bajaj, you can talk to morphy Richards's people".3. The Don't have customer care cente. The only number and that's also a Mumbai's local landlines phone. You'll be lucky if it rings and some one pick it up.Now with product:1. its noise is like tractor sounds,2. Power cord is very short,3. Blades are not doing what they are supposed to do,4. Jar caps are so loose, as described earlier.My advice a strong NO NO to morphy Richards products.
