It is mixture of various herbs which is considered to help in fat reduction.It is supposed to work by reducing hunger and appetite.It take a while to see result, company states that one should use it for three months.I will update after a month what are my result.As far as company & brands are concern, they are good.Their product is nice, I have used them.Company is always willing to guide consumer towards right direction.
