What is an automatic watch winder?Watch winder is a device with an electrical motor which will automatically wind your watch when you are not wearing it. Came exactly as described. Works as described and insured that my mechanical watches are always accurate and ready to go. No more setting the time. Great product.

nice box, but needs lots of improvements
First, the bad, then the good:BAD:1. this is a display case, but the only display window is on the front of the box, which shows the 4 winders, but the winders are not centered on the window, it just looks funky. the top panel of wood is solid, so you can't see the upper row of watches.2. the LED touch panel is a POS. it's not very good at knowing when its been touched. i'd much rather have a button instead of a touchscreen. using the controls has a bit of learning curve, it could be better, but you'll get the hang of it eventually.3. the settings lack a 650 TPD setting which most watches need. i was wondering why my watches were losing a few minutes on the 600 TBD setting..... next setting is 1200, which can overwind a watch.4. the winder brackets are these cheap little plastic clips, which i question their longevity.5. the display watches (upper 6) get a pillow with hard sturdy sides that are too rigid and oblong, which can misshape your bands.6. no lock!! wtf?GOOD: this is a beautiful box, and the box itself appears to be very well made, with good hinges, panels, and construction. i cannot vouch for the quality of the motors or the electronics.
