Pros: ------ # It tastes like real sugar. Maybe just a little less sweet, but that actually improves the taste even more! # There is a mild yet attractive scent to it. I love it. But won't affect the smell of tea, coffee etc. that you prepare with this sugar. So, no worries. # Diabetic friendly. Yet Does not have leave the bitter, chemical taste of sugar free substitutes. You can prepare your sugary delights (i.e. sweet dishes, beverages) with this product without causing a big spike in your blood sugar level. Cons: ------ # Controls only 50% blood sugar. Not completely sugar free! # Price is on the higher side. I have found a similar yet relatively reasonably priced product in my local market.
