This is an exceptionally good product for forearm strength and grip strength. Progressive resistance. Needs people to have patience and get used to using for 8/10 days.Person will like the results.Easy for carrying and in hotel room use after push-ups znd squats.Great arm day finisher

It,s not durable for a long time.

It does the job well but if you are like me who works out daily then expect these to last max 4 months, yeaaahhhh the rubber breaks easily after everyday heavy use :/

Well, i would not give it any stars if that option was available.My mother has weakness in her left hand and wrist following a Colles fracture 3 months ago..I was hoping that the bands would help her out as part of her physiotherapy exercises.However, they are so ill-fitting and so tight (read resistant to stretching) that even i could not move a muscle..Useless that they are, had to put my scissors to good use.

For the price, it's defined the best product out there. I have been using it for almost 2 months now, and it has definitely helped with my grip strength and endurance in day to day life. Only issue I found was that all three bands were of same elastic strength. It would have been much better if they grew harder to pull. As of now we can measure progess using only number of repetition. And so having 3 doesn't really make sense, single one would have have been sufficient.But over all its an amazing product and it will definitely help any one who tries it out regularly.

Seemed immensely impressive at firstIt does work on your forearms and gives you appreciable strength thereby giving your arms a veiny impression in less time.But it's strength is questioned by its durability and elasticity which is far below average.I couldn't use either of the band was more than a couple of daysReason could be either of the poor durability of the offered product or me being a little too strong XD

Good product but more product of less value are,available in local market

I like this product at first glance, however it's durability for now, I'm not sire abput that, could say say about that after only using them 2 or 3 months. But that should also npt be a concern since they provide a 6 months warranty, so you can go for them!
