Jym diet and green coffee...
I am taking this for the last 20 days and I lost 2kgs in 15 days. But I do regular jym and follow a smart diet. It acts very good as a supplimnt and it regulates the craving for food. Take it before 30 min of meal. Regular exercise and diet controll and green coffee all three are importent . This is not a magic product to losse fat. But with continuty it will help in cut the calory intake.

Excellent for health lovers :-)
I am the regular user of green coffee especially of Sinew brand. It works well for burning fat and enhancing immunity as also mental balance if properly prepared with value addition of ghee and virgin coconut oil. Some may feel a bit difficult to get with the smell and taste but gets accustomed. The powder form is very convenient as compared to the beans which is tedious to grind and make powder. Once it happened to me when I ordered beans carelessly and suffered a lot to grind it. So one should be doubly careful while ordering. Overall, this is an excellent health item especially in the current scenario.

I buy this product second time from Amazon at discount for weight loss. It is good product I take it only one time in a day because I have a ten months baby.after having it I feel very light taste is also good. I have it half an hour before my dinner and I find it effective. Good product.
