Excellent Product
I was sceptical to buy because a sharpener is worth 500 bucks? was my question that was in my mind. But now while using it to sharpen my kids pencils I feel its a complete worth for the money. It is a sharpener which is best used for art work pencils, but normal pencils also sharpened in such a way that definitely it makes changes in the way ur kid writes. U feel the writing has improved and the work done by them is tidy.from my end it is a definitely a go for object who have kids using pencils

Nice product
Nice product. But the instructions given is not enough. I found out the correct method of using it only after several attempts .Proper photo support must be given.

Happy with the product
First off all, I'm super happy with the product. It is beautiful and sturdy and does the work superbly. I have never seen such result with the small plastic sharpners. I tried with a small pencil to see how it works on a small piece and it did its job perfectly. I have just received it today so I'm not sure about the longevity of the product but from the look of it I surely hope that it will last long.Secondly, when I ordered it I didn't expect it to be as easy as using a small plastic sharpener. But it is not very difficult also. I have secured it with the clamp to my table. One has to pull the top front portion, pull the right black nob to the left to insert the pencil and then rotate the back handle anti clock wise to get the job done. But it is not that difficult or time taking as it sounds. I love the mechanism and the best part is I don't have to clean it every time I sharpen my pencils. The container that holds the scrapes is quite big and quite sturdy and well fitted. I hope it will last long and I'll be enjoying using this sharpener.Lastly, the pricing is on the higher end. So most people will find it absurd to invest such money on a pencil sharpener when the plastic ones comes at 5 rupees. I use pencils almost everyday in both study and craft related works so I wanted to have something that will be stable, sturdy and do a fine job. I'm happy with my purchase. The seller has sent a thak you note which I liked. There are clear instructions how to open and clean the blade. I appreciate that. No, they didn't ask me to give positive review for a cashback. If it gets rust of stops working I will update my review.

Amazing quality for the price! Is at par with imported, very expensive ones such as Derwent!
I really like this product, it is a very good buy!The first thing that struck me was its size... It is a lot smaller than i thought, thus also lightweight... In short, not too heavy, not too light and the perfect weight to size ratio for a tabletop sharpner being made out of metal.Having owned and used multiple tabletop sharpeners like this, I can definitely recommend this to everyone! Please, whatever you do, don't buy a plastic one, they break within 2-3 years, the blades go dull and your pencil lead keeps breaking thus needing to be replaced. This metal one just costs about INR 150/- more than the cheap chinese plastic ones. So in the long run, this metal one is the best bang for your buck! The build quality feels solid, when i use it and hold it, it feels like it will last me for a very long time... This sharpener is robust and has very sharp blades. Even the small plastic piece feels very durable. This kind of a sharpner is best bought made out of a metal body from a good reputed brand such as M+R, Swordfish, Derwent etc... Now these are foreign brands (from Europe) and cost a lot of money, whereas this sharpener is a fraction of the cost at just INR 470/- But this low price of the Chrome 9506 hasn't compromised on the quality. Metal body is solid, the pinching mechanism where you insert the pencil also has a bery good feel to it, feels very durable, something that won't break easily and will last for atleast 5-6 years if used well. The collecting tray below is smaller than the ones on most sharpeners I've used, but it's not an issue for me.The provided clamp is also excellent, as shown when i fixed it to my table, it wouldn't move even slightly. It comes in a thin flexible plastic box, aling with a small user manual, packaging which I don't really like but it shipped to me without any damage to the sharpener so I'm okay with it...or else this product is returnable/replaceble with the seller!Overall, I'm impressed with this sharpener at this low a price point!

Good for the price.
Better than your normal pencil sharpener. It also contains a compartment for collecting pencil shavings which is a plus point. It is very durable and precisely sharpens my pencil without breaking it's tip like normal sharpners doo.Overall a good quality and functional product.I will recommend this product 👍

Strong product but not stable
Sturdiness is an issue not because the product is not cheap vut coz the balance is a bit of an issue. Using it without fixing on a table is a bit of a trouble and frankly the literature provided for fixing on table was either wrong or the screw/apparatus provided to fix onto a table had a issue..

Expensive but good
Very cute looking sharpener. Sharpens to the point. Doesn't break the lead even for wax based pencils (I am using Feels 152 set). Only drawback is that it eats much of the pencil- even for one time sharpening. But this problem can be resolved by inserting the pencil and pulling the head just 1/4 of the full length (instead of full length). That way we can adjust how much sharp we want. Overall a worthy purchase. Reduced one star as it is expensive and also coz initially it chewed a lot of pencil as I did not know how to adjust the length and sharpen.
