If this happens, follow above procedure to release the can. 3. If the can is get stucked, please press the button on top of the opener.

doesn't work at all !
I tried rot use this can opener on several cans as I was making a large pot of soup. The cans were different sizes but the can opener had a great deal of difficulty grabbing onto the edge and then wouldn't cut all the way around. I had so much difficulty that it took 4-5 minutes to get the top off most of the cans. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Bad opener
It didn't work, right out of the box. Put fresh batteries in it, pushed button-- nothing. Fiddled with it, got it to working, then it wouldn't shut off until I took the batteries out. It's ready to return.

Sent to trash can after trying it out on 2 meals.
Took forever to get it to engage on the can lip. It struggled to open even the most flimsy of cans. I even changed the batteries twice to make sure that wasn’t the problem. It went straight to the trash can after just trying out during two meals.

Does not open cans very well
this can opener does not open cans very good. I previously had a can opener that opened cans fast and perfect. This one hardly makes it around the can top and does not cut the can. Even with new batteries........Very disappointed in this product.

What a huge disapointment!
Pulled it out of the box and there it was ! that electrical cord that restricts mobility, I thought it was one of the cordless ones but other than that it is an awsome kitchen tool.

Terrible can opener!
This product got caught on can top and burnt right up, poor garbage.
