works pretty well, but in order for it to work you have to drink like two to three bottles of waters. There almost like laxative but without ever feeling constipated and the mooshy liquidity movements. It's not a weight loss supplement it's more of a detox, once it does the elimination the extermination should appear with a dim like color in which the detoxing is working depends how many capsules you're taking a day or for each meal a day just as long you finish and drink enough water like 2-3 8oz or a half liter bottle of water. Taking the acai supplement could work well when drinking green tea mix with chia seeds like one to three half teaspoons, that would make the cleansing even better. But it depends, all body types are different.UPDATE 2021:I have since order this particular brand açaí supplement in 2015, ever since this have become my third time I ordered this brand and I’m very satisfied by the side effects. I’m afraid to go switch for a different type of brand açaí, I don’t believe others will provide the very same effects as this açaí brand. I don’t hope it will continue to sale and can continue to order regularly.

Came in a timely manner, however after an extended time in taking product - it did absolutely nothing for me. Not sure if individual outcome varies, but a real "No go" for me...Really wanted to like this item - especially for the price & quantity 😣😭

I haven't been taking this supplement long enough to truly be sure how it works over a long period of time, but I have noticed that it reduces my appetite and that I have more stamina at the gym.

This is a great buy. It is a good supplement and normally more expensive then this.

Haven't touched them because this was not what I wanted nor needed. I made a huge mistake. Plus I Know not who to ask as to what I could do.
