I like that this pillow has helped support my spine after a recent car accident. It’s very firm at first but will conform to your buttocks after continued use. I have had it for under a week and see a difference in my back right away.

I didn't want to spent some $200+ for a new office chair when the one I have isnt broken (but offers zero comfort or back support). This is perfect, it's surprisingly a lot more comfortable than I expected. I'm only 100 pounds so there's that to take into consideration but so far it's been very durable, enough cushion without being too hard or too soft.

The foam is pretty hard wish there was more give. I work as a delivery driver so comfort is a must. The seat cushion wasn't as good as the lumbar one so I split the pair up and gave her the seat cushion.

Unfortunately the coccyx pillow goes as flat as paper in a few seconds so it wasn't very helpful. I do use the lumbar support and it seems to help.

This is a very comfortable cushion. Got it for my girlfriend who was in an accident and she uses them every day. It hasn't gone soft almost 2 months now and provides great support for her lower back and spine.

It comes with multiple straps to keep the back support on your chair. There were no instruction on how to strap it on. Me and my co-workers couldnt figure it out. After a long time we just did it the best we can. The cushion slides around constantly and the strap broke off within two months. I would buy something else.
