Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12

Years ago I used to use some Spenco 3/4 length inserts in my shoes but then all local stores stopped selling them. I had to start buying expensive custom inserts, which did not even work very well. While browsing at a Big 5 about a month ago I found a Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole on sale and decided to try it out. I had already thrown out all of the high priced inserts except 2 and was using only 1 of those. It was a nuisance transferring it between sets of shoes. I put the Spencos in the sets of shoes I use for my 3 mile walks, and they were sooo comfy and my feet felt good after the walks. Then I checked Amazon and found the same thing (Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole) at a reasonable price (not quite as good as the sale price, but they only had 1 at Big 5). Now I have them in two pairs of my shoes and even wear one pair inside the house (exclusively) because they are so much better than any slippers you can buy.

These are and have been since I began wearing them in the '80's, the best insoles I have ever used. I recommend them to all my athletes w/ sore feet, heels, arches etc.--I've been a high school and club coach for 30 years--and they all love them. Three of the five in our family wear these daily! Additionally, these last at least 12 months and generally longer unless they're in my daily running shoes!
