This is a great product for not only getting those extra tidbits that may be lingering after flossing, it feels so good on my gums. My 82-yr-old dad had horrible gum disease. I don’t believe he ever used floss so it’s probably his fault. Myself, at 60, my gums are starting to recede just a bit. I use a Sonicare electric toothbrush and floss more than your average person. This irrigation pic feels great on my gums and seems to clean well below the gum- line surface. One topic of warning: when you’re sliding the water reservoir on and off be VERY careful where you’re holding onto the unit. I’ve had spontaneous showers going off across my bathroom from touching the on-off button on accident. That button should have been placed on top of the unit. The extra little reservoir they supply is completely unnecessary and a waste of resources. Other than that, the battery life is impressive. It unit is not too large and easily stored away. I like to keep mine out so I’m reminded to use it every day.

I previously bought a Toilet Tree irrigator years ago and it was a good product but as with everything, it wore out. It lasted 5 or 6 years if I recall rightly, perhaps longer. Recently, after a couple months of trying other brands, I purchased the Toilet Tree irrigator again. Sad to say it didn't work when I got it but after just one call to the company, I was sent a replacement and I recieved it in just a couple days. The new one works great! I especially like the fact that there are two sizes of water "tank"s. The nozzle moves much easier than more expensive brands. I like the fact that the company stood behind their product with speed.

I have been using these things for years. This is the latest version. Liked so much I orded another one right away.

Great product, but the one I purchased just under two years ago had to be replaced. Not sure I want to have to purchase this item every couple of years. Hope it will last a little longer as it should.

I have been using this brand, and this particular oral irrigator for several years. It is the best! I just bought the this one with the larer tank. Now I only fill once. If you have a problem when you get it call the customer service, they are fabulous. Usually it is a minor problem, like priming the pump, or fully charging before use. I have one tooth that suffers from what they call resorbsion, I think that is it. It is dying. Slowly. I saw an implant specialist 4 years ago and he recomended taking care of it right away. But I didnt want an implant then. I got thi irrigator and use it twice a day, more if I get something caught in there. I get checked out at the dentist twice a year, and so far it hasnt progressed pass the initial point.You would be surprised how much food gets trapped that flossing and brushing do not take care of. This is easy to use. I started out with the middle force, but as the gums toughen up you can go higher. my dentist says I have little if any plaque when I have a cleaning. He said what ever you are doing is working well.Another plus is this is so easy to pack and travel with. My gums feels so good after using this, I dont want to go a few days without it when I am out of town.

First, I must say that this is a wonderful product for maintaining good gum hygiene. I had trouble with previous ToiletTree irrigators in that the little plastic-hinged flap that seals in the water has a tendency to break off. I had another issue with the irrigator just "dying" after a couple of months. For the most part I was satisfied with the company's return/replacement policy, and that's why I continue to use their product. Now I have the super-large reservoir, which gives me more flossing time (although it's a bit more cumbersome than the standard model.)Over the years I've recommended the ToiletTree Irrigator to anyone who wants to talk about oral health. My dentist and her technicians all tell me I should keep using this because my gums are still in great shape, even though I'm over 80 years old. Hint: I add 1-2 ounces of high-quality mouthwash to the water reservoir, and that's a great asset, as well.

Correction: Last one lasted almost 4 years. The new water flosser offers two different water holder sizes!! Love the bigger size. Using after brushing is incredible extra effort!

I just received my third portable OralIrrigator, two from TioletTree and one from another vendor. In actuality, they all looked identical, so they are being built by a third party. I returned the first two because of defective parts and the first Poseidon portable OralIrrigator just did not work, it had a crack in the main body.After getting the second one from ToiletTree , if found out just how the device is supposed to work. This unit is working as advertised and the spray is very good and does a nice job. I did get the larger tank with this set, but even with the large tank , I have not reached the auto 2 minute timer shut off setting before the tank was empty. Not big deal , perhaps running on the massage setting you can. After a week all is well, almost. I am concerned about the robustness of this product. On the first two the fill port cover hinge broke and on this one the small screen on the uptake tube split but I was able to do an repair and it seems fine. I will need to check ToiletTree website and see if they sell components for this unit, I think I will be replaces some soon.
