Great sleeper couch. Ivory white is a nice off white color. Material feels nice, almost like real leather. We were able to open and close without any issues. One of the pillows was missing a velcro strap. But overall nice. Mattress is pretty comfortable and noiseless. Delivery by XCO was on time. Couch arrived packaged in all kinds of material (cardboard, plastic, styrofoam) and took a good 30 minutes to unpackage. There will be lots of trash to throw away. In closed condition the couch is also very comfortable as well both to sit and nap. I am 5'10" and fit very well. In terms of looks it is OK, but not gorgeous, but for priced $696 it looks pretty good. Unless you're willing to spend twice or more, I'd say this couch is pretty damn nice. Construction feels solid.

I've had this sleeper for 3 months and it is already falling apart. The rods and parts are cheap and faulty

Haven't slept on it yet, but sitting is very comfortable. It looks good in the living room and we have company coming for Thanksgiving so will soon know how it sleeps.

Sofa is on the cheap side. Cushioning is soft but creating the cheap leather to fold and pucker where it shouldn't. Very simple sofa. Likely will only last a couple years. I'm pretty disappointed. Shows well but really low end. Think ikea...but less firm with materials. Padding on arms is not distributed evenly creating a craft on the front edge as well. I've not give so far as to try the bed, I'm a little scared.

This couch made me nervous at first becasue it is inexpensive enough to wonder if it was nice quality but expensive enough to not want to be disappointed. I had to have a convertible couch for our office/guest room so that it could be a multi funtional space but I needed it to be affordable. I was pleasantly surprised. It does take a while to ship but it was worth it. I have had it for about 6 months and had many guests sleep on it and so have I. It is very comfy. I read the reviews and took the advice of someone to buy and extra padded matress pad and it is so comfortable. Someone reviewed that you should use full sheets since the matress is very thin compared to a regular queen. This was good advice but I would say to still stick with a queen size matress pad. I bought a full size pad and the padded part doesn't reach all the sides. Overall I have no complaints. The couch and bed are both comfortable.

Good quality, great looking and value. Several hundred less than you would pay in a department store for something similar and was delivered free to the home. It was for an area in our home that doesn't get used often, but it turns into a sofa bed. We haven't tried it yet, but reviews said the sofa bed mattress was good and others said you may need an additional mattress cushion across the top. Overall, I didn't want to overspend for an area that is going to get little usage and we wanted something that looked great and was functional. It's a great deal and I would highly recommend.
