great climbing sticks
bought these to go along with a new hang on stand, these sticks are great, easy to install and make climbing a tree very easy, it's like climbing a ladder, still recommend having a harness and life line

Good value
Great ladder for the price. I just can't justify paying $80 for a ladder since I need multiple ones to support my sets and these things aren't so portable.I bought two recently and they piece together nicely. The powder coat is not applied gracefully, but that is more because it is applied heavily, which I prefer to a smooth/thin coat. Obviously that doesn't matter much anyway, but it's worth knowing.Like all these ladders the straps are damn near useless. They are actually better than other ladders I've owned, but I ask myself "is anyone using these stick ladders without ratchet straps?" I imagine those who have aren't around to say so.I use three ratchet straps with three of the straps provide. That does the job and doesn't require I add $30 in six ratchet straps to a $55 ladder. My only real concern is with the welded cross beam that spans the width of the tree brace piece you need to bolt on. When ratchet straps are used, they snug up against that piece. If it ever gives way due to excessive pressure there is nothing else to hold the straps on. A solution would be to drill vertical holes in the brace arms to accept the ratchet hook end. That way there is no risk of slipping or breaking. Big Dog you may want to give doing that at the factoey some thought. One day these ladder manufacturers will admit the straps they provide are ironic considering all the safety warnings they include in the instructions. Maybe then they will include a few decent ratchets. Until then get your own and make sure you are comfortable with how they attach to this stand. At 24' in height there is no half measures to securing the ladder very snugly to the tree.

Sturdy, easy to install
Easy to install. Sturdy. The only thing I would change on design is to cap the ends so water doesn't get in.

Yes,, worked great.
These where my first set of climbing sticks but I'm getting a little unsteady to use tree spurs anymore... I'm glad I didn't get the ones with the longer single steps because strapping these down was easier with both feet on the same spot.. They work good and the straps take a little messing with to get tight but everything is covered in the instructions... I just ordered a second set.. Get a climbing harness and make a linemans rope before attempting. YouTube it and be safe...

best deal I have found on prime since I became a member I will say the straps that come with the item could use alittle help I used them along with ratchet strap but other than that take 5 min to put the bolts in and ready to put on a tree I have bought 2 so far they have been out of stock everytime I order

Not happy with these sticks at all
The sticks themselves seem good quality but the steps are on way to much of an angle and your foot lands right on the sharp edge of the stick. The sticks also are very close to the tree so your whole foot can’t go on the step as your toe hits the tree. And the straps are a horrible design

Great tree stand sticks
The treestand sticks are great. Easily put together and went on the tree no problem. Straps were solid, but are slightly difficult to get through the buckle, but for the cost, they are a good value. We bought two more after buying the first set.

Product was just as described, and cant beat the price. Only issue i had, was the tree i put them on was too big for the straps. I had to tie them together to make it around the tree. Sure beats screwing in foot pegs.
