I own a thermal therapy business and have the panel lights. The plastic components on the electrical plug broke and I felt at ease because my panels were still under warranty. Unfortunately, when I contacted Sauna Space I discovered how big of a scam the warranty is and experienced the worst customer service! They wanted me to ship the entire panel back to them and assume the shipping cost. Then they would evaluate the damage. If the damage was found to be out of the terms with their warranty, which is terribly generic, they would charge me to ship it back to me (again) and pay $25 for every fifteen minutes for repairs. This is ludicrous! No other sauna company will you treat you this way. I promise. Don’t trust these guys.

This sauna is the absolute best quality sauna i've ever come across. From the frame to the canvas to the light housing shows only the best non-toxic materials were used. I have three of their products and i could not be more pleased with the owners and their customer service team. This is a top notch company with a quality product that you can't find anywhere else. The detox from the near-infared sauna is the best. No emf, no chemical or toxins. This will cause powerful cleansing at a deep level that you can't get with other saunas. This was exactly what i needed for my nutritional balancing program. You won't be disappointed.- Kyle

Smartly designed and put together, the designer gives top rate customer service. However, as a woman who is 5 foot nine inches, it is a little too tight of a squeeze. I am worried that I will back into or fall into the lights. The chair also needs to be made a little more stable. If one is much over 5'9", I do not know how he or she will feel inside the tent -- comfortably.

Be aware that you will pay shipping both ways--even if under warranty--and it is NOT CHEAP shipping. If it is not under warranty you will be charged $25 per 15 minutes for non-warrantied repairs. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought my SaunaSpace four-bulb sauna about 4 months ago directly from the manufacturer in Missouri. A actually spoke to the guy who designed and manufactures these wonderful saunas. I tried to describe the sauna to my girlfriend, but she had her doubts. We had tried a product from a different manufacturer and didn't really like the results. After the setup that was really quite easy, she was amazed. She's into yoga and her first comment as she ran her hand along the poplar frame was, "It's so beautifully Iyengar!"Of course, she had to have the first go. She suffers from some structural neck problems, but after 20 minutes in the sauna, her neck was as loose as it had been in a few years.I love what it does for my skin and sore muscles. As it drives toxins from my body it really seems to clear the pores. I have very sensitive skin and am prone to ingrown hairs and clogged pores where I shave. Since using the sauna regularly, my skin is remarkably clear. I'm in my 40's and I lift weights 5 or 6 days a week. I love the way the sauna soothes my sore, old muscles and joints.Besides the physical benefits, the sauna is a great place to center the mind and spirit. It is a great meditation spot where you can tune out the hum of the world for a little while as you rejuvenate. I love it after a stressful day. I climb in and let everything go for a while. I always come out feeling more serene than when I went in.The fact is that this sauna is sturdy, simple, and elegant. It is literally hand-crafted by talented people and the care they give their craft really shows. I even love the logo. It has turned my spare bedroom into a little spa. Sometimes I just like to look at it.

I bought this last year and I am in love ❤️ w this tents benefits. I get up early and sit in the Sauna Space before I shower in the morning! I have a rosy sun kisssed complexion when I step out and throughout most of my day. This helps relieves stress, neck pain and acne. I was a little skeptical until my son convinced me to give his Pocket Sauna a try. When I heard the term "Pocket Sauna," I imagined some cheaply designed and constructed product that would become unusable after a short time. That is not the case. The thoughtful design and handcrafting make it both aesthetically pleasing, very functional and made to last. A short session in the Pocket Sauna gives welcomed relief from aching muscles and is a wonderfully relaxing experience. I will be in the market for my own Pocket Sauna as soon as I wear out my welcome at my son's house.
