These were way to big, really hard to swallow even when broken in half but did help with energy

If you struggle to take tablets these are not for you, they are big, if not they are perfect, great price and, make sure you drink lots of water when taking these.

Pretty hard to swallow tbh but it beats using the powder very convenient I just leave them in my backpack and have them with me everywhere I go. Does the exact same as any other creatine and gives you a noticeable difference to muscle looks in my opinion.Doesn’t have a smell or taste if you’re worried about that sort of stuff

I've been using the creatine pills for a few weeks now, and although my performance has improved somewhat, I'm not quite satisfied with the dosage.3g per serving feels a little small in comparison to the usual daily suggested dosage of 5g which i didnt see in the fine prints. I feel like I'm not getting the full benefits of the creatine as a result, and I have to take additional pills to achieve the dosage I want.On the bright side, the tablets have improved my strength and endurance while being simple to consume and lacking the gritty texture of powdered creatine. But for convenience and increased efficiency, I wish there was a larger amount each pill.

The product I received arrived with the bottle’s safety seal broken.The seal clearly says "sealed for your protection."This is a food product sent by post.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods must be of satisfactory quality and safe.A broken seal on a food product means it is not safe for consumption and is not of satisfactory quality.I reported this issue to Amazon, but no effective action was taken.I also contacted the manufacturer over a week ago and have received no reply.I am entitled to a full refund.Please arrange for the refund immediately.If this matter is not resolved within seven days, I will report the issue to Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency for investigation.I await your prompt response.

I’ve never written a review before but I’ve been compelled to warn people that these are almost impossible to swallow. I’ve had to chop them each into 4 small pieces and even then it’s not easy. I’ve never had this problem with any other supplement or tablet but had visions of ending up in a & e with one stuck in my oesophagus! I hate to waste my money so I’m persevering and forcing them down, pint of water in hand, but literally can’t wait for the daily ordeal to be over!

Really good i felt spot on

Like others have noted, these pills are unusually shaped and quite large, making them difficult to swallow unless perfectly aligned to go down smoothly.I previously used a 1g brand from a supermarket that was much easier to take. I don’t usually struggle with swallowing pills, but with these, I have to cut them into two pieces to manage. Would not purchase again.Update: As these tablets are very crumbly and completely tasteless, I bite them in half then a couple of chews and swallow. Much much easier to take that way. Upgraded review from 2 to 4 stars. Would buy again.
