Pyure is the best artificial sweetener I have found.
Aspartame Was making me feel foggy, headed, sluggish, and gassy. Pyure has a good taste. It does not have a an aftertaste. I pour about half a cup in my gallon of tea. It is the only artificial sweetener I will use. I never use sugar I use. Pyure for all my drinks and sometimes I will put it in place of sugar in a recipe. Even my grandkids like the taste of it.

Excellent sweetner
This is an excellent Erythritol. If you are comparing this to other brands, this one is excellent. If you have never had Erythritol before, be aware that it is less sweet than sugar, and has a cooling effect that some people don't like. Be aware that this is normal for this type of sweetner, and is not a defect in the brand. To overcome this, it helps to use a blend of sweeteners. I usually mix Erythritol and Stevia. Also, while this is a sugar alcohol, it doesn't have the laxative effect that other sugar alcohols do.

Best sugar I ever used here's why. I feels like sugar
It's super sweet so amounts to used are not like regular sugar. But it looks and feels like traditional sugar. It doesn't make my food an especially my coffee taste different than normal. The price needs to come down before competitors find a way to duplicate the granulation process wish mad me go to this type of sugar and charge less, Just saying..

Good sweetener, just doesn't go very far and pricey
This product, Pyure Organic Erythritol Granulated Sweetener, Sugar Substitute, Granular, 24 Oz works just like sugar, but despite claims of 70 % as sweet, really it's more like half as sweet as sugar, and it is much lower in density. So replacing that teaspoon of sugar in your tea requires like a heaping tablespoon of this granulated erythritol sweetener, and the low density means it's fluffy and the amount you get in a 24 oz bag gets used up quickly. That makes this product really expensive for people who like to sweeten their coffee and tea - so easy to go through a bag in one week if you're used to one or two teaspoons of sugar. Recognizing the health benefits, though, this product will not elevate your blood sugar or add calories if you are pre-diabetic or working on weight loss. It has no bitter or unpleasant aftertaste like most artificial sweeteners, or stevia. I find it impossible to enjoy beverages sweetened with those conventional artificial sweeteners. So my strategy is to use this product as my sugar replacement along with a little honey for tea, and just learn to like my coffee with less sweetened. You have to stretch it out, or you'll be quadrupling your household expenditure for sweetener.

If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!
I’ve been buying Pyure Organic Stevia for several years. I had finally found a natural sweetener that was sweet with no aftertaste. The one grocery store by me that had it stopped carrying it, so I started buying it on Amazon with Subscribe & Save. My September order never came & I got a message that it was “delayed” & I was given the option to substitute for another product. Strangely, I found the same Pyure sweetener with a label & packaging change so I bought it. It is HORRIBLE! I kept adding spoonfuls to my coffee trying to sweeten it & all it did was make it bitter. I tasted it alone with my finger & it was so bitter, I had to brush my teeth again to get rid of the taste in my mouth. I’m going to request a refund & I am cancelling my subscribe & save. Now the search is on for another sugar substitute. I am really bummed about this.

Good stuff
I used this erythritol to make fat bombs and keto fudge for the ketogenic diet I have been following. It is sweet in these recipes and works really well. I wouldn't know the difference. I did put it in the blender prior to making recipes to help mix it in with the ingredients, as in reviews I have read issues with it falling to the bottom, etc. I did not have any of these issues after turning it into powdered sugar. I even replaced it with powdered swerve that was called for in a recipe.

Not the regular Pyure product
I have bought Pyure sugar substitute for years. This is NOT the regular product blend of organic stevia & erythritol. It is just erythritol and you have to use 3x as much as the regular product. So it is not a good value.

Tastes Great!
A bit pricey, but it tastes great, no after taste! I'm Diebetic and have tried a lot of artificial natural sweeteners, this is by far, one of the best!
