Unresponsive vendor
The chrome poles came used and all scratched. Communicated with the vendor whether he is willing to replace those two poles but never got a response. At the end, I had to return it and buy another rack. Other than that, the item worked well.

Great mirror. Price is right. The light works well, and the batteries are easy to replace.

Useless
This Bazal clothes drying rack is garbage. The blue 'arms', from which you are supposed to hang garments, have no mechanism for holding them up so they just plop down. This, hands down, is my absurdest Amazon purchase. I should have taken my clue from all the reviews for mirrors.
