I didnt have my flat iron for a month and I already returned it. I found out it was cracked. I hadnt used the flat iron more twice I believe. I thought it was good it was recommended from my stylist. I just sent the flat iron back AND I JUST RECENTLY RECEIVED THE NEW OR REPLINSHED ONE. SO HOPEFULLY ALL IS WELL AND ENDS WELL!

This flat iron did not meet my expectations; especially compared to the cost. It did not grip my hair; instead the hair strands just slipped right through the iron. The Violet May company was gracious enough to take back the product and refund my account. The downside about ording from Amazon.com is that you have to pay the return shipping which was around $9 for this product.

I have thick, wavy and frizzy hair. I use this flat iron at 375-400 degrees (max is 450) and it works wonders. If used at 450 too often your hair and flat iron will smell like burning. If this happens minimize temp down 50-75 or even 100 degrees. It heats up extremely quick and i love the heat proof carrying case it comes with for out of town trips. My hair stylist gets credit for my purchase of this brand! I really don't know what I'd do without it;)

hot ready as fast as can be expected. perfect for really curly hair. my 2nd fusion flat iron. I do other peoples hair and its the best. worth the $$.

Best Hair Straigtner yet. Still amazed of how quick & straight this iron works on my wavy frizzy hair. Even though i use it almost everyday, my hair is not damaged & looks healthy, shiny & straight until the next time i shampoo.
