Great night light for Star Wars lovers or anyone who just needs a little help in the dark.
I am a huge star wars fan and thought having a 3D "night light" would be the best! So I grabbed this!Lets be real..... An actual hologram that wouldn't destroy your electric bill would be better but that is probably light years away... This is great for people who love Star wars and of course any children (probably more-so for boy) that need a little extra light in the room.If the room is smaller (like a bathroom) it does a great bit of help lighting up and possibly wouldn't even need to turn the light on but if you are putting this in a larger room it will just look cool in the background but not a great deal lighting the room up. The color swapping is awesome for sure and can change the speeds or style like strobe, flash, fade, or just plain smooth. I also love the fact it comes with a remote control (battery included). The light-up base itself you can plug into a USB charging port or you can use 3 AA batteries to work it.A couple of things I would like to note, when I opened the package it took a little bit of work pulling the paper/label/protection from the light-up objects (Would be nice if that could be a little easier for people who have very short fingernails like myself). 2nd the USB cord that comes with it is short so you will need to make an extra purchase (or use one you already have) if the spot you want to put it is far from a plugin (it would be better if it already came with a longer USB cord).

Cool looking lamp - Kids love it
I got a few of these types of lamps for my kids, but this one is my favorite. Not only are the included acrylic figures great and well made, but the lamp works wonderfully and looks great in the dark.I think it works as well as it possibly could, and because it has a battery compartment, it can be used even when there is no nearby USB power supply. It takes 3 AA batteries to operate, plus the watch-type battery in the remote. Otherwise, it just uses a micro-USB cord for power. The different shapes are easy to slide on and off, but they are not so loose that they will come off by themselves. The lights can be switched to multiple colors via the remote or manually through the power switch at the base.I know that this is advertised as a 3D lamp, but I donโt know that I would call it that. It has a cool glowing effect in the dark. My kids love it, and love showing it to their friends, but I havenโt heard any of them refer to it as 3D. Sometimes they use words like projection and hologram, but definitely not 3Dโฆ Itโs a matter of semantics I guess. In any case, it looks nice and the kids love it.

A nerdy decorative light with interchangeable designs
I love that it has three different looks, which are all nicely detailed. Any Star Wars fan is going to love this because even though the part that lights up is flat, it looks 3D. The remote with so many color choices is very nice as well. The only con to me is that the panels are kind of small.

not exactly wait I expected
it is just a peace of plastics with a cardboard back which I didn't mind tell one of them had a red line on the back that's my only complaint. I really love it other wise.

Stopped working after two weeks
Bought this for my boyfriend as just a little surprise gift bc he loves star wars. Worked for like two weeks then the remote just stopped working and the light was super dim. Was really cool while it lasted and we both loved it but it needs to last longer. Not worth it.

novelty light
Bought for adult son who likes Star Wars. It's a decorative, sit-it-on-a-shelf low intensity light--mood or night light type thing. He's happy.

Good gift
Very cool gift but the base is cheap and plastic. The electric port broke off and now it has to run on batteries. The good news is it takes batteries.
