This product is so awesome! I use it on pork spare ribs. I buy them in 3 slabs/pkg at Costco divide and season them heavily and freeze individually in a gallon ziplock freezer bag. Defrost what I’m using for the day. The flavor is delicious. Why pay more for preseasoned meat! Make your own and pay less.

Very tasty - my favorite rub for tri tips. Same seasoning Costco uses in their deli down here on ribs and tri tips. Takes a few tries to get the concentration right (I went a little wild and over did it the first time) but once you get it right it has great flavor and isn't overpoweringly salty as many of the Santa Maria style rubs typically are. It'd be nice to get it in single container form (I don't eat THAT much steak) but it's definitely a good rub.
