The first one I had broke the company was cool enough to send me another one which also broke so if you are expecting a cobra buckle that is load bearing and high-quality then this isnt the one for you. It is cheap chinese garbage.

In 25 days this happened

I bought this collar in 2017 and only use it when my dog is outside. I don't leave it on for more than a couple hours and always take it off once he comes inside. I also don't attach this collar to his leash either. He never scratches it or seems agitated by the collar either. The past month I've noticed a line of missing hair and couldn't figure out why. Today after walking him I took off his herm sprenger which I use to attach the leash with, then took off this collar and a giant chunk of hair came off with it. The collar also dug into his neck and that's when I noticed the blood and scabs from it rubbing on his neck. I'm always cautious to make sure it's not on too tight either. Unfortunately I won't be using this product again.
