I love these. They are in my car, in my purse, in my husband's car, in my house. I can put one in my mouth, in my cheek and it will keep my thirst at bay for about an hour. Even when biking or working out. The caffeine is the bonus! And Sugar Free!! By the end of the day, I have a hard time driving home without my eyes slamming shut. These get me home and give me a little more energy to face my "home work." I love the peppermint. I've tried the cinnamon-it is yum as well.

I bought the peppermint flavor. They are delicious. I take a couple on the way to work. No jitters and I like the fresh taste.

I use these at work or prior to my evening walk. Wry very minty fresh taste, just FYI. I love the tin they come in, so cute and old school, keeps them from being mashed as they roll around in my backpack. And when you don’t have time to drink that coffee or soda this is just as good if not better. Plus no more bad breath. The texture is smooth and they are round mints. Sugar free so that’s an added bonus. I buy them in a 6 pack which is cheaper but they are a bit expensive if you use them all day. I just use one or two a day usually morning and afternoon for that pick me up!

The peppermint flavor is very strong in my opinion. I like the convenience of the tin can to place in my backpack. I like the fact that they are sugar free and zero calories. I will have to try the chocolate mint flavor.

This product does a great job of enhancing energy and focus. As an adult with ADHD & two high schoolers with the same diagnoses, this is a great way to help. When I quit taking prescription medication for ADHD, my doctor said to use caffeine as liberally as I want instead. I had been drinking tons of diet Mountain Dew. I haven’t given up my MD completely, but I’ve noticed that (if I’m being honest with myself) these mints (one in the morning and one just after lunch-which matches my MD intake now) I have better focus and energy. It’s definitely not the same as being over caffeinated. Even as a mother of four, two in high school with busy lives and 4 month old twins, I find myself thinking about laundry or doing homework (also getting a second masters degree) when I get home. For years, it’s been more of a self-coaching to force myself to get stuff done. My children have also expressed them being quite useful, as well.

I LOVE these mints. I get a nasty caffeine headache if I don't have a cup of tea or coffee within a couple of hours of waking up, but if I'm traveling, I don't want to have coffee breath and/or have to pee every five minutes (just being real here!). They taste a little bit bitter, but not enough to hate the flavor (I've only ever gotten peppermint, so I can't speak to the other flavors). Two mints have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee, but just one is enough to hold off a headache or pep me up a bit. These also don't make me feel jittery, which is nice. Having these is like having 20 cups of tea (or 10 cups of coffee) in a small, convenient metal tin (which means it won't get crushed by stuff in my bag)! I'll never travel without them.

Just one of these gives me a subtle boost to keep going. The caffeine is just enough for the boost, without a jolt and crash. The peppermint tastes awesome and is strong. The tin they come in is great for keeping them from getting crushed and keeps them fresh. The tin is small enough to carry in a pocket, bag, or purse.

I've completely replaced coffee with these and it's been a tremendous help. I really like the flavor but I can see why some people might not. Great product, though!
