Vertical blind control chain, 6mm ball chain, 2 metre loop

These 'chains' are made of 3mm balls not the 6mm advertised. These are measured with the ball and the nylon linking the next ball as 6mm. Therefore these are too small for the ratchet mechanism of the roller blind.1 star rating as you cannot give no stars.

The product description clearly says that this is a white plastic cord, but for some bizarre reason they sent me a silver metal one - even the invoice says it should be white! Product sent was not as described.

Worked fine but I ordered 2 x 2 metre lengths and they sent 1 x 4 metre length instead. Was OK but had to mess about with the old tatty connecting bits as I didn't have enough for two. I have complained to my MP and he is forming a committee to ensure this disastrous situation does not occur again.
