UINSOO Ceramic Incense Burner (for Sticks, Cones or Coils Incense) with Fireproof Cotton (Bud Green)

I was so excited about receiving my new incense burner as I burn incense in my home every day. Unfortunately I was never able to enjoy it because upon delivery it was broken into a hundred tiny pieces. They really should rethink how they package this item for shipping. Such a disappointment, and now I'm going to have to go through the trouble of figuring out how to get a refund.

This is a beautiful piece. I don't use it to burn incense. I add lavender seeds to it. I have heard that lavender calms the mind and soul.

Smaller then expected but still works nice although the stick holder has a bit of a balancing problem

Just small and match my bedroom.

Where the gray color was pretty, I did not like the product. I had purchased the same design from another company, which I broke. I found this grey and loved that it would match my decor. However, the cover is made out of a weird plastic, whereas the first one I purchased had a sturdy metal cover. Also the gold piece to hold the incense is very light weight, whereas the first one I purchased was a weighted metal. Since it is so light, it can’t hold up the incense stick well and doubt it will hold coil incense. There are other concerns such as packaging. Overall, I’ve decided to go back to the first company I purchased from and return this item. I would not recommend.

This only works with cone incense. Do not buy this if you intend on using stick incense, the ash will fall all over the place.
