RoadUp Bike Inner Tubes - Presta Valve 700C X 28/32 or 35/43-6 Pack

These are the worst inner tubes sold on Amazon! I was seduced by the low price and paid dearly for it. I have a very arthritic ankle and I can not walk for long distances if I do it will lock up on me for days. I went for a nice long bike ride and 4 miles out the first tube popped. I replaced it with another one of these cheaply made tubes and only to discover this one had a slow leak.I have purchased this 6 pack twice and looking back only 2 of the 12 tubes lasted a good amount of time. The other 10 popped or were defective immediately.I am currently home bound because my ankle is completely locked up because I had to walk 5 miles back home. I learned my lesson and as I was installing a quality tube I purchased for $7 I knew instantly I was going to be safe on the road. The $7 tube felt better looked better and fit better and obviously it’s going to last better.Simply put the low price is super tempting but it’s just not worth the pain frustration and precariousness these cheap tubes bring you. I feel so much better now that I have invested in my health and security out there on the open streets.

If you ride a bike, you're going to get flats. You can either patch or replace. At this price, I will replace. These are great tubes without all the superfluous packaging. I bought these for my wife's hybrid. They seem to be a little more "heavy duty" than the national chain's tubes I bought before...which is good, less flats.

I bought six of these last year and am down to just one. I don't ride often. They go on easy enough, but after a ride or two, they break near to the valve stem. They all break in the same place at a bond between the valve stem and the tube. I think they are poor quality or just poorly designed.

One of them is on the tire and came back from a test run (five or six in total). Works great, and much cheaper then the sports or bike shops, I was expecting one. I will visit back if something goes wrong, but so far so good.

These tubes are good value, but they keep forming small leaks. That may not be their fault, but I don't really know what could be causing them.
