The best kitchen shears!
I bought this because of the sharpness, durability and the ability to take it apart to clean or sharpen. They function perfectly and are comfortable to hold. Worth the money for sure!

Second pair of these scissors
These are the most durable longest lasting scissors I’ve ever had !! I thought I lost them last week and panicked, I ordered a second set because I can’t live without them!! I found my second set today and am happy as a lark.. what ever that means. Perfect no a pair for the kitchen and a pair for the shop!

Well built, SHARP!! They fit in my non Cangshan knife block, haven't had to sharpen them yet... couldn't be any better!

Durable and Functional
I was looking for a good scissors for a long time. This is the one. You can easily disassemble them and wash by piece and not worry about the rust. Metal is strong. Sharp.

Very nice. But...
Very nice quality! But they are a lot of BUCK for your BANG. I own other Cangshan products(butcher knife block and a steak knife set) and wholey recommend them. They are very good quality for the price. These shears, while nice enough, don’t have the same value. Personally, for the price, I could take them or leave them.PS: If you don’t clean and dry them shortly after use, the steel does blemish just like the knives(the price you pay to have such wonderful, edgholding steel).

Great pair of scissors
These are the best scissors I have ever bought! Highly recommend them!!I can scale a fish with one side & cut a steak with the other side. They come apart easily and go back together easily. I can open a can with them, cut aluminum sheeting, crack nuts, cut material and paper after cutting metal.

Too expensive but the material is unbeatable, and so perfect for it's uses.

These are amazing
I guess I never had a good pair of kitchen shears until these lol. These are incredibly sharp, I was cutting through pieces of cardboard with no resistance at all, as if it was tissue paper! Also, very easy to clean, since they come apart. Highly recommend.
