Great looking sweater. Fit was true to size - bought 3X. Very happy with the quality!

I order this beautiful sweater in a XL, unfortunately, the XL is too large. I tried to exchange with them and emailed them back for a response, Andrew responded and said the Large are back ordered. I'm still waiting to get a Large. I feel that I'm stuck with a sweater that doesn't fit. If the sweater fit, I rate it Five Starts, but customer service to resolve my request was disappointing with them. I waited the two days as AMAZON said with this private company. It's been over 20 days and I have not heard anything from them.

The size is bigger than I thought.... I originally asked for a XL but I decided to go with 2XL... because the seller mentioned they were out of XL.... I received the product but now the cardigan jacket is too big.... so I would like to request my original size of XL once it is back in stock if possible
