I am in love with this vitamin b12 and folate because not only these pills brought my b12 and folate up even though I have been suffering from low b12 and folate for a very long time, these pills smell like raspberries and taste really good when you chew them. I find that since I am taking them my energy level has gotten better, I am just working on getting my iron levels and my hemoglobin back to par and these are helping.
