Absolutely Phenomenal.
Beautiful chair, and easy enough to assemble.I Received e-mail communications from the manufacturer during the process of shipping because amazon was having some difficulty processing my order at first; he/they were incredibly supportive, responsive and overall genuinely nice to deal with.I've used this product for quite some time now ~ 6 months or so, and It hasn't changed shape, The massager still works, the arms are comfortable and adjustable. They even have a left or right subtle give to them which allows me to game a little more freely. During Quarantine I've used this chair for working at home, gaming, and I'm a musician, so it's literally used, about 18-20 hours a day, And I use it as a foot rest for bed since my bed is not long enough.I've slept in this chair, and done more than anyone's fair share of sitting in it. The materials resist odor and are well stitched. they resist water and sweat. I'm 6 foot and 180lbs.The only issue I have with this chair. and it's VERY MINOR, is that when I fully extend the foot rest, I get psyched out, and have this sensation that I think I may break it. It doesn't seem completely trustworthy, but that could just be me, or the way I put it together. This is countered by:The build is incredibly sturdy, and will hold you. I've leaned this thing it's maximum lean, which is more than 180 degrees. (picture laying down but your feet are about an inch raised at the end.) and it did not seem like the chair would fall, break, creak, snap or anything. IT IS STURDY!Quality material. Quality Product. Quality Construction. Quality People. Quality price.10/10. This is Exactly what I wanted in a chair, they nailed the colors, they nailed the chair, and threw a massager in to boot. They were brief and helpful, polite in responding to me.Would Highly recommend this chair to any interested. Have no doubts. This is the chair to buy :)

Omg. Best purchase ever
(I just built this chair yesterday, but I will update this review periodically if any problems arise!)Ok so I NEVER write reviews unless something is amazing or absolutely horrendous that I feel like others need to be warned about. This chair is AMAZING!!! I built it all by myself. It’s super heavy, but that’s also because I’m 5’4 and 140 lbs with no upper body strength lol. Also, the massaging pillow is pretty loud but it feels great. It’s USB, so I can just plug it right into my gaming PC whenever I want to use it. The chair was easy to put together - I only messed up one part. I just switched the covers where the seat attached to the back part. It was difficult to take those off, but I just used my pocket knife to pry out the screw cover. Make sure to follow directions and analyze every piece carefully to make sure you put them on the right side. There is an extra screw, screw cap/cover, and a silicone band (this is what stops the footrest from falling out.) I can also sit crisscross on it because it’s a little bit wide! The arm rests are also adjustable :)Pros:Super comfortable, and the adjustable pillows are really nice too. I have levoscoliosis and this chair helps tremendously when I play video games for hours on end.The way this reclines back is SO GOOD. It’s smooth, easy, etc. So comfortable. The pink color is sooo pretty! It matches my Razer headset perfectly 🥰.Cons:Honestly, the only thing I noticed is that the leather is kind of loud when u adjust your position. But, it doesn’t bother me too much, because the chair is so comfy. The footrest is a little finicky. The bars to connect the footrest are kind of short, and my legs are pretty long, so it’s not the most comfortable. I usually just rest my feet on it, because my legs extend past the footrest. The screws can only be tightened by hand. They are all Allen wrench screws (idk how to spell it). That’s the only downside - I couldn’t use an electric screwdriver, so I’m hoping the chair doesn’t fall apart because I have no strength lol. Will update if it does.Overall, this chair is soooo worth the money. It came well packaged, not damaged at all. All pieces were there, and the directions were clear. Not anything like IKEA instructions. The pink is so vibrant and it was super easy to put together. So comfy too! Well padded and good quality. Hope this helps others!

Lasts long, but not forever. But great purchase
Reviewing this 5 years after purchase. It finally started to fall apart, which is the standard time to replace any office chair. Was cute and a great first gaming chair. The pros:-Cute, love the color, blends in with typical pink gamer accessories or desk stuff-Nice footrest-Great starter gaming chair-Fairly comfortable seat cushion, the lower back/back of chair is the issue for comfortThe cons:-Eventually wearing jeans/black pants or darker pants will stain the seat a blacker color-Not super stable, very creeky-Not great support, pillow it comes with wore out after a year. but fixed with a lumbar support pillow of my own-Smaller seatThis chair will be getting a great Viking funeral and served me well, through two moves in the five year period I owned it. Recommended? YES. But be prepared to get extra pillow or two if you have back issues, and that it will last as long as a regular office chair of the same cost.
