Great umbrella. The color is exactly as pictured and the positioning functionality is better than any umbrella I have ever seen. This umbrella is sturdy, attractive and great at adjusting to block the sun from any angle. I did have a small issue with the case arriving broken, but the seller responded immediately and shipped out a new umbrella ASAP. Great purchase, great product, great seller.

Good quality only problem is the actual bag you carry it in the shoulders breaks off right away. But it does come with everything that you need included

This umbrella was a huge disappointment. I spent quite a bit of time choosing the right umbrella as we were shipping it to Barbados where we recently moved. It was packed in the original packaging so it did not get damaged during shipping. We used it twice and both days were very calm with little wind and it seemed like a great product. The third time we went to set it up we noticed that one of the stretchers was snapped in two (see photos). For the price of this umbrella I would have expected much better quality, not to mention the extra cost to ship it and now we are without one. What a shame, it had such potential. My intention was to email the seller directly first but I could not find their direct email address or website.

Love the ease of taking out of the light weight easy to transport carrier and installation. Very stable in the wind. Excellent sun coverage. Disappointed by 2 tears in the fabric and broken spoke out of the box.

I bought this to use for desert rafting. It’s very sturdy, even in wind. The adjustable pole works very well. It’s very easy to put up, or take down in a hurry. Customer service is very responsive, when I had a plastic part break they immediately helped me out. The carrying case is also of good quality.

This may be the most over-engineered product I've ever purchased on Amazon. My wife and I took this to the windy beaches of NH and was amazed at all the features. Sandbags included, easily to put together and take down, even two rubber caps to turn one of the poles into a mallet to nail the spikes into the ground...extremely clever and well thought out product. My ONLY thought to improve...the threads on the upper umbrella are very small and can be difficult to thread properly...I hope that sand doesn't eventually cause issues with the tight threading. Nothing a little W-D-40 can't help prevent. Overall, a very impressive product and highly recommended.

The umbrella itself is great and we love it. BUT, the case is really nearly too small for the materials making it hard to fit things in there. This paired with a very poor zipper meant that the zipper itself broke - and in two different ways - within less than ten uses of the umbrella. More likely around five uses! There are several parts to the umbrella so without a functional case, it's totally useless to us - we have no way to get all the parts to and from the beach. We would greatly appreciate a new case. The zipper pull itself just broke in half and the same day the zipper teeth separated.

I'm changing my initial review from 2* to 5* as the customer service is impeccable. They reached out to me and offered a new umbrella for no additional charge and I get to keep the one I already have._________________________First thing first - it's a pretty umbrella which I was excited about, but got very disappointed after the first day of bringing it to the beach. The case is very sturdy, but the over-the-shoulder strap broke on my way back home. There's no way of fixing it unless I come up with a different strap, otherwise I have to carry the bulky case in my hands.The anchor is quite dangerous - it's a trident, if (God forbid) the wind rips out the umbrella and it comes flying - multiple people will get really hurt or one will get multiple stabs. They provide you with 3 sand bags that you can hook to the umbrella with the included ropes. I did use the sand bags to prop the umbrella's shaft at the bottom. All in all it does require a lot of work and time to set it up and break it down.
