Customer support was great!
Received a defective pad that the vinyl was separating from the pad and was discolored so I contacted customer support and they were wonderful to work with and sent over a replacement right away! We love this changer it’s worth the price we use it every single day multiple times a day and it’s so easy to clean! I will say it does get cold for baby especially newborns it startled my son a few times so I just lay a burp cloth down before I change him now!

Comfy waterproof changing pad.
This is a must have item. Soft easy to clean material. The leaks never go into the cushion. It fits perfectly on top of a changing table. The color is neutral and matches the room decor. We have been using this for a year. It’s good quality still looks brand new. Worth the money.

Worth the money SO EASY TO CLEAN AND USE.
100% worth the money. So easy to use, fits on the changing table, bed, anywhere. Easy to clean and now that she rolls the safety strap is a nice touch!

My daughter requested this for her new baby. She loves it. I love it. It is much much better than the changing table we used in the nineties. Its molded and comfortable. Fits baby nicely

Comfy Rest Time
Great quality! Easy to clean! Looks great in the nursery!

Hard surface
This is much harder than other changing pads we’ve had. I felt like I needed to pad the surface with so my baby’s head wouldn’t slam down. It’s also quite short but I can’t complain about the dimensions. My average sized one year old has already outgrown it so just an FYI.
