Baby University Abc's Board Book Set: Four Alphabet Board Books for Toddlers (Baby University Board Book Sets)

I got these books for my daughter's first birthday last September and they have been some of her most loved reading materials. She can be quite rough and has ripped many of her other books but these ones appear to be more robust. After reading them a number of times she was able to recite A is for asteroid, B is for binary star and so on, much to the shock of most who normally do A is for apple etc. I love that there are 3 stages to these books so they grow with your child and cater to the stage they are at in their learning/reading journey. Highly recommend, I even learned a few things myself from the Physics one!

This books are intended for young people, but I figured out that the terms used in ALL of the books are hard to understand for them. I am a scientist in physics and chemistry, but still I found out the books are too complicated to explain to kids. even for adults, you have to search much more to understand this book (happened to my wife who’s a lawyer), and believe me, A to Z for 6 books are A LOT to understand. and using the words BABY really leads to wrong perception for people. I bought the other series of baby university books and those ones are friendly for young people.

The media could not be loaded.  I will say that these hooks are amazing. My toddler loves them and I love reading them to him. The pictures are amazing and the words are a large size. I know he is only 3 but the sooner he can learn these concepts the better. I think these books are great for kids.

The content of each book is organized according to different stages of a child's development. So as your child grows, they will continue to appreciate these books in new ways.

My baby isn’t born yet but I was looking for something just like this to put her in an educational direction! I love it.

It would have been better if terms related to advanced physics and science like quantum, quark, electromagnet, string theory, gene etc. were not included in books meant for rudimentary level learners who are aged only 4-5 years.It would have been better if E was mentioned for electricity rather than Einstein because the term electromagnet is used later in the book. The concepts present in the mathematics book are even more difficult.These are just examples. In general the author should have spent more thought in planning to organize the books' contents in proper order and also what should or should not be included in such books which are meant for mere kids.Still, the books' illustrations and presentations are good.
