I'm not young. Quite the opposite. I'm halfway to the century mark and I honestly thought the condiment world had no surprises left for me.It delights me to be wrong. This sauce is a taste experience like no other. A dab on pizza. Mixed with mayo that will have your guests asking if you really made these burgers.A culinary revelation to my aging taste buds. If you're a jaded ketchup, BBQ and everything in between person then give this a shot. Pricey, yes. Worth it? They call oil "liquid gold". We'll, oil has a new competitor for that title.Goes great on just about everything and mixes with other sauces wonderfully. A little goes a long way. Thick, flavorful, chunks of onion, masterful.

This Bourbon Glaze is phenomenal. Have tried several different brands here on Amazon as my local stores don't carry this type of product.Works great on everything but use mainly on salmon and tuna fish fillets. Even spices up chicken too. This glaze will add flavor to your dish giving new life to old recipes.

I ordered thus bourbon sauce for my oven bourbon glazed chicken. I was impressed because I have never ordered any glaze. It has a nice sweet bourbon taste to it. The value for money is OK. It's a little small.

Ham glaze made easy. Warmed a five pound bone in ham sous vide style for four hours, @145⁰f . Then scored it checker pattern. Using this wonderful tasting glaze and a flame tourch, applied four to five separate layers of glaze. Came out very moist with a nice Carmel crust. This glaze pared beautifully with ham.

Thick rich textures. And a true Bourbon sensation. Surprised at how delicious even before cookingStill trying it on different meats and cuts.Very pleased and will buy it again !

Delicious…perfect for salmon. After cooking pour a little more over the salmon. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes.
