Case-Mate Samsung Galaxy S3 Sleek Case -1 Pack - Retail Packaging- Silver

This case is described as it is, which in my opinion is a great thing. It doesn't feel like real aluminum, but it has a very cool silvery look to it. The case is quite slim, which is exactly what I was looking for. I pair it with Steinheil screen protectors. The case is sturdy, and offers easy access to the volume rocker, power button and headphone jack. The case doesn't interfere with the speaker or the mic, either. I give this case 5 stars, because it is a minimal case, and protects against scratching against keys and stuff in my pocket, and protects while I slide it across tables.

The look of the aluminum and small thickness of the case are awesome, however I was expecting the case to protect the top and bottom front edges better.There is a gap where the case stops and leaves it vulnerable in these areas. I have dropped my phone and it does not protect in these areas causing a few nicks. Good case for low profile needs and great look.

After approximately a month of use, visible cracks developed in all 4 corners where the case snaps over the phone. I have never dropped the phone and have only removed the case a few times to swap the MicroSD card, so it is just poorly made. Also, the plastic part of the case isn't gray the whole way through, so any minor wear on it reveals a stark white layer underneath. The metal on the back of it looks like a sticker and isn't even the same color as the rest of the case. It just looks cheap and silly. The case still stays on the phone, but after spending over 20 bucks on this piece of plastic, I expected more than a piece of junk. I will never purchase another CaseMate product.

It's a fine case with a nice fit, but I didn't look close enough at the description. The title says "Brushed Aluminum," when it should say "Brushed Aluminum Look."

This case is slick and slim. No actual metal in the build. The issue is removing the case. Mine broke the two times i had to remove it. I would recommend if you have a stable phone that never locks up. I never dropped it but i would guess that would damage it as well.

People say that the little parts where it isn't covered willget destroyed if dropped but I think that the brushed aluminum will be heavy enough to keep the phone from dropping on those parts. Obviously the look is fantastic. The grip is very good because the brushed metal. The pebble blue color from the phone act as little beautiful accents when looking at it from the back. It ads just enough wait to get a look and feel better then the feel you get with an iPhone.

Looks great.But I just dropped my phone on the ground and not only did the case come completely off but I cracked my glass.NOT durable!!

Fits perfect, feels great and protects well. Light and slim, fits well on phone inside of belt pouch. love it!

Excellent slim case. Snaps on very tightly. Can be a bit difficult to take off, but I think that's a good thing.

Lange habe ich nach einer Hülle für mein Galaxy S3 gesucht und war immer wieder verwundert, wieviele Leute sich scheinbar für die, in meinen Augen, langweiligen schwarzen Hüllen entscheiden, oder noch schlimmer für jene knallbunte Silikonlappen. Es mag sein, dass diese zwar unter 10 Euro kosten und ihren Zweck erfüllen, doch bin ich der Meinung, dass ein elegantes Smartphone wie das S3 auch ein elegantes Cover verdient hat. Daher stieß ich auf das Cover von Case-Mate und bereue es nicht, etwas mehr Geld ausgegeben zu haben. Die Schale ist sauber verarbeitet, passt perfekt und besonders die Aluminium-Einlage macht einiges her. Die Farbe passt wunderbar zum Dunkelblau des S3. Das Handy wirkt dadurch noch interessanter und individueller. Kaufempfehlung also an alle, die für ihren S3 eine elegantere Hülle suchen und, wie ich, der Meinung sind, dass man gerade bei einem 550€-Smartphone nicht am Cover sparen sollte.

As with any case, a bit funny to hold when first put on but I quickly got used to it. One thing I still don't like is that it's a bit trickier to easily hit the sleep button on the side since with the case on it doesn't stick out from the side. Is holding up well after the first month, a sturdy case and definitely worth it for me as someone with a history of dropping phones...

Sieht auf dem Bild definitiv edler aus, als in Wirklichkeit. War enttäuscht. Hab mir jetzt auch 'ne neue Hülle gekauft! Ansonsten....robust ist die Hülle! Macht dann 2 Sterne!

Ich hatte von Case Mate bereits ein Cover für mein HTC hat lange gehalten.Entspricht meinen Erwartungen.Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
