Nuique Vegetarian Omega-3 EPA and DHA

Great quality. No after taste.

I can't vouch for the sellers, but I prefer this algae oil over any other I've found b/c it is in a capsule AND has no flavoring.Capsules are a better way to store fragile omega 3, better than a bottle, b/c it prevents oxidation.(Even if you are careful with a bottle, and use an eye dropper, it is still getting new air every time you use it.)I prefer no flavoring (no sorbitol, fruit, or pepermint flavor) so that I can taste the oil itself to check for quality.Quality Algae tastes fishy, but not foul or acidic, that means it's gone rancid.If this or any other oil you buy does not have a flavor matching where it came from, it has been deodorized which likely means oxidation and inability to taste whether or not it's still fresh.I've used this brand for a few years, I order several bottles from the company during the cold months (don't let the package sit in a hot sun) and freeze the extra bottles.

I chose these based on EPA and DHA content. Description says it contains 300mg DHA and 150mg of EPA per capsule. But on packaging it states 2 capsules contain 375mg of DHA and 187mg of EPA. It means it contains 40% less omega 3 than I was expecting.

Description states "nuIQue Vegan Omega 3 MIN: 247mg EPA, 403mg DHA (per 2xCaps)" but this is incorrect. When purchased the bottle states that 2 caps actually contains 375DHA and 187.50EPA

Misleading pictures. Gives the impression you will receive 3 lots. I would not have chosen this product if I'd realized it was only 1 lot.

Good alternative to fish oil for a source of omega 3 for vegans, or people like myself with a shellfish allergy.Many fish oils, although don’t list shellfish as an ingredient, are still manufactured in a factory that handles shellfish and so can’t guarantee there isn’t any contamination.Happy with product, packaging and it arrived promptly.

I have been buying this product regularly for a while now. I love these. A little on the expensive side but I feel I am getting a quality product. They are easy to swallow, vegan and contain DHA, EPA and DPA which is a the dream combination for Omega 3 to get maximum benefits from the oils, as I understand it. They are also free from wheat and gluten. Yep love these!
