They were cute designs though and while I don't like the design for heavy days or regular nights
I've had a lot of issue with the pads not staying in position, which i think may have to do with how the wings are attached. Unlike other products I've purchased the wings are more of an afterthought vs being one piece. They were cute designs though and while I don't like the design for heavy days or regular nights, I still use them for light flow days. the price was decent, but I doubt I would purchase them again because of the design flaw, kind of takes away from the" great deal".

A few issues but overall great product!!
This is the first reusable pad that I've tried so I have nothing to compare to except the Always Infinity that I've been using for years. Let me just say that with the Always, I've ALWAYS experienced itchiness and discomfort during my period (perhaps a sensitivity or allergy to something in those pads)... These pads relieved that issue entirely. My last period where I started using the Earthgirl pads was the most comfortable period I've ever had in my life. That alone makes the purchase worth it. These pads are cute, they mostly stay put (I did take another reviewer's advice about wearing snug undies though) and they didn't leak much. There's definitely a lot less leakage than I had with the disposable pads, but I did still experience some shifting and leaking but not enough to make me discontinue use of these pads. That is the reason for my 4 instead of 5 star review though.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I definitely will be purchasing more of these!!

comfy and cute but leaks through the stitching :(
I really wanted to love these because they are so comfortable and so cute but they leak through the stitching onto my undies. No issues at all with leaks down the center but definite leaks through the stitching. I'm going to try putting some washable fabric glue along the stitching to see if that stops it.Update 3/14/2015 - The washable fabric glue helped some but I still had some leaks through the stitching. I'll still wear them on my lightest days.

I have not gotten to use them for anything other then a pantie liner yet. They are supper thing and discreet making them easy to change at work just slipping them in a pocket. I was disappointed in the length as they say they are "Long" They do wash up nice and fit trim on a medium size woman. Really cute patterns and well stitched. I love the fact that they are US made. However I am not sure I would be good with Just one pad all night unless I also used my cup. They are about 10 inches and would work for a standard flow. I guess I was hoping for 14 inches. I still really like them and can not wait to try them on a heavy day.

Unnatural feeling and looking, not to mention leaky
I wanted to like this concept, but unfortunately, the high maintenance nature of these pads just made these impossible to do. These were bulky, impossible to live with during the day, and stinky! They moved around, and never quite felt comfortable. It felt highly unnatural to wear, and given that they have no adhesive, they kept moving, involving frequent trips to the ladies room for readjustment. They're clearly more designed for heavier women than women with smaller frames, as they overwhelmed my tiny body and looked like a diaper. No thank you.

Thrilled!
I bought the 5 pack of overnights (11" by 4") and they arrived quickly and they are adorable. This is my first cycle that I get to use them with and I am impressed. I'm trying out a few different types of cloth pads and I like these best. They are comfortable and stay in place better than I expected. I'm not experiencing discomfort that came from wearing disposable pads, which is a relief. They are easy to wear, wash and rinse.Moving/positioning: Before switching to cloth I was using an organic disposable pad so those didn't "stick" very well. I do remember the years of using conventional pads and how they stuck to the underwear very well. These pads have "wing" that are not for additional protection but to attach to your underwear. I really like the way these are added on and not built into the pad. It makes securing them to your underwear more secure and there is less movement. There are 2 sets snaps so you can get the just right fit around your underwear. I was surprised that I needed to use the tighter snap. Slipping was minimal for me when I adjusted and moved around. If I placed the pad in my underwear incorrectly it was easy to just pull to adjust.Length: As a bigger person I find the length is comparable to disposable long maxi pads. On heavy overnights I can see that positioning will be important. Finally getting that just right position will be easy to do! I enjoy wearing them for daytime and overnight use.

I love these pads
I love these pads. I've had them for nearly eight months now and they're holding up great. If anything they get softer and easier to wear month to month, and hold up to machine washing very well. I switched to these from disposable pads and the benefits are fantastic. I've had none of the painful sensitivity issues I had with the disposable pad materials. I find I have to change these reusable ones out at about the same rate as I had with the disposables, so they absorb at least as much as their disposable counterparts-- but with the benefit of a quarter of the thickness. No more feeling like I'm wearing a diaper! I bought a little wet/dry pouch to keep in my bag so that I always have a couple to hand, and it's much more discreet than disposable pads. The backing PUL material works fantastic at keeping your flow where it belongs and off your underwear.Other pros: not spending money on the disposable pads every month, no noisy crinkling plastic in the public bathrooms, very comfortable, long enough for overnight protection but not so long that you can't reasonably wear them by day as wellOne minor complaint: if your flow is heavier than you expect, or you wait too long to change them, the flow reaches the side seam and can seep through just a little. But only a little! Which is a far cry from the trouble I've had with the unreliable plastic of disposable pads, even the winged ones.
