Would be perfect if seller provided a hose clamp to secure drain hose to tub. Still, this is the best one we've used and that includes several inflatables that really made a mess. Made of very sturdy rigid plastic ans should last for years. Generous capacity with good sealing plug. This is about as good as these things get.

This is the best thing in the world. Works great, no mess. Even the hospice care takers was amazed how well it did. Does not leak.

My husband is pretty much bedridden so I have been limited in shampooing his hair. I chose this product although in reading the reviews, all reviewers commented about the flimsy hose supplied with which to remove the water. However, none of the comments prepared me for how flimsy the hose actually is and, especially the ends that connect to the tub. In fact, I have been afraid to trust it so have been scooping the water out with a glass when it reaches a certain level. Surely spending another few cents to improve the quality of the hose would have been a worthwhile fix. Also, the positioning of the hose connection and drain might have been better if located closer to the shoulder to facilitate draining. Other than that the tub was sturdy, worked very well, and was comfortable to use. It’s wonderful to be able to give my husband a good shampoo once again.

Great product, easy to use and very convenient for what it's supposed to do.

It’s a great idea and it gets the job done. But there are many little flaws with this model. When one is laying with her head in this and actually tips towards the shoulder unless you pad up the back of the body to lift it a bit. I didn’t have a problem with the drain hose/plug like many reviewers did.Bottom line, it’s solved my dilemma for washing my moms hair and gets the job done. The design should be re-engineered a little bit and I think you could actually make this a perfect product.

This is poorly constructed and difficult to use. The tubing to drain the pan is so flimsy!! Even after taping it on, it comes off pouring water into mothers hospital bed!!! I’ve tried using it several times with same results.

Highly recommend this product for anyone who is a care giver. I have purchased this product 5 times for myself and other who are care givers. Good quality, low price.

For the price they should have included a better drain hose. Last time I needed one of these I bought an inflatable one with no drain hose, but after reading the reviews of the inflatable ones I couldn't take a chance on getting one that leaked so I opted for this molded plastic one. The reviews are all true about the crappy drain hose. Not only is it ridiculously thin, but I had to put a plastic wire-tie on it to keep it from falling. This is a real rip-off for $25, but it wouldn't be as bad if they included a better drain hose. You'll have a major flood if you don't reinforce the hose connection. This could be a major problem if you have someone that can't get out of bed! Purchase at your own risk!
