I have severe osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia and sciatic nerve pain with additional issues. Although I have tried various pillows, my backside, back, neck, llegs, etc, etc have continued to cause much pain. I am frequently readjusting my sitting position to find some comfort. I don’t want to complain, just to explain my situation, as surely many have. I finally ordered this pillow and was looking forward to receiving it. I did know memory foam would be firm, so I was not too surprised it was. I have gotten some relief, especially in the coccyx area, not as much as hoped for elsewhere I will continue to use it, but have now also ordered a microbead donut pillow for more softness and will try a memory foam with gel. Nothing may be perfect, but I am only looking for improvements. This pillow does that, and thank you

I do not have back problems normally. However, my class days are about 6-8 hours of sitting during lecture. My back was killing me the first day due to the hard plastic chairs. This cushion helps with that a lot. After sitting in it for a while it does get a good bit flattened where areas of pressure are, but it still had support and my back didn't hurt. So it works just fine for what I needed.

I use this pillow to sit at my laptop. It offers the right cushioning for my L4, L5, S1 condition.Just got it after my old one fell apart.This one is much firmer and better made.

I am 6'1 inch and 180 pounds ... within 30 seconds of sitting on this memory foam pad i have sunk down the the hard office chair seat that I wanted this to give me padding from. I had purchased similar product from different maker and it is extremely firm in comparison ... no sinking whatsoever. This may be good for someone who weighs alot less as it is a more soft memory foam. Didn't work for me though. I have returned and will order a 2nd one from the same company I ordered my 1st one from.

This type of seat cushion is more for sitting in chairs or car seats, it supports the legs somewhat. Not for very small or frail old people, it's too hard and thick.

My son needs this for his back and tush. It adds relief when he’s home doing homework on or his laptop. Good product for the price. I hope it lasts for a long time

I have a tailbone injury that I got when I was younger and it gets tweaked sometimes so I thought I should invest in this type of pillow. I've only been using it for three days now but it does help with the pain and it is soft but firm enough. It does squish down when you've been sitting on it for a while but goes back to shape once you're off of it.
