Ultrasonic or not?
We are over a month in and I am still seeing random bugs enter not even 2 feet from where the repeller is. They dont appear to be working in the garage either. Maybe it's not on the right setting considering there are 2 options being ultrasonic or (cant recall). Needless to say there are no instructions that say what the different settings mean or which one to use. Not happy....wish I would have gone with another brand.

Lack of instructions
The product came with no instructions for its use or placement. I needed to search the Internet for settings and placement. I am satisfied with the 6 pack allowing me to fully cover the condo.

Glorified nightlights
I mean they work great as nightlights... i haven’t noticed a decrease in bugs.
