I know why doctors don't tell patients about this, because it works and big pharmacy won't make money. I have been struggling to find help with lpr/acid reflux for over three years and, just by chance, found a blog about Silicol gel. I took a risk and ordered it, waited until I had no plans for the day to try it, because a lpr/reflux flare up can ruin my day and night. I took the first dose about an hour and a half after breakfast(I take vitamin supplements with meals and didn't want to deplete effects) and I was pleasantly surprised, the taste wasn't bad, a little gritty and, actually, a gel. Then, I took an hour walk in my treadmill. I have been using everyday since, one to three times a day, one tablespoon each dose, as needed, about an hour after meals. I have been able to eat normal meals, and not had any sleep issues. I will update again after taking for three months and stopping for a week.
