This is a must at the gym. I got it for my son who lifts weights every day. He uses it daily.

The best way to describe this product is it does what its supposed to. I use this chalk for weight lifting. I don't care to use gloves. This chalk is great for grip and works really well even with sweaty hands. It does leave a chalky residue but nothing that can't be wiped off. It definitely has a weird smell but nothing that can't be ignored when your focused on form when lifting. I recommend this to anyone wanting extra grip for lifting weights while worrying about sweaty hands.

Edit: getting along with this better, not so messy if used close over a chalk bowl but dust will go everywhere if you arent careful. hard to get as good coverage on hands as using a brick. Honestly i think i prefer broken up chunks of brick chalk. Probably wont buy again.

This is the first time that I’m trying a powder version. The product does its work but makes a mess everywhere. I also think that not enough product comes out when squeezing it and I have to reapply many times. It smells nice though

Good for ur hands to grip the ball better

I climb multiple times a week at an indoor climbing facility, and use chalk all the time. At first I thought the addition of essential oils in this product would be a drawback, but after using it the first time I quickly realized this chalk is wonderful!This chalk doesn't dry the hands out like other types, it smells amazing and leaves them feeling soft after washing. I have been using my alternative chalk for the last few months because I ran out of this kind, and I realize how spoiled I had become. Reordering now, because you really can't beat it!TL;DR: Buy this chalk. Not one single regret other than I failed to reorder sooner!

I hate using straps because I like to feel the bar.This stuff is amazing. Feels like my hands are glued to the bar without using much. Great for deadlifts, pullups. If you do outdoor calisthenics workouts this is a must.

This is my second time order this chalk and it is a good product at a great value. The bag makes it very easy to use, but be careful where you keep it as it can get messy. The chalk works great and the last time I got this product was a couple of years ago and more recently have I just run out. It lasts a long time and does its job.
